About the role#
The Print Production Intern supports the Brand Communications team in maintaining brand integrity and meeting business needs. This role provides a well-rounded perspective of the department through hands-on experience with signage design, production, and equipment maintenance. Interns will also support property needs during 3 to 5 special events, such as parades, concerts, fairs, and festivals.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, and production of casino signage and various internal and external communications.
- Ensure all work aligns with Treasure Island and Prairie Island brand guidelines and standards.
- Perform daily maintenance and support for large format printers and cutters.
- Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and support departmental goals.
- Interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year post-secondary program pursuing a degree in graphic design, art, advertising, or print production.
- A portfolio or examples of creative, design, or print production projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.

- Location: Welch, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Environment: Primarily based in an administration building, but requires work throughout the property, including indoor and outdoor event spaces with potential exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and cigarette smoke.
