About the role#
This is an 11-week, full-time internship program based at our distribution center in Frankfort, New York. The program begins in May 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with daily operations and receive mentorship from leaders in supply chain and distribution. This role is designed to help you develop the skills necessary for a career in distribution center leadership.
What you'll do#
- Participate in day-to-day distribution center operations.
- Take initiative to improve operational performance, quality, and safety.
- Analyze situations and propose creative solutions to address problems.
- Model a professional attitude to guide the team and set performance expectations.
- Adapt to changing tasks and handle ambiguous situations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in, or recent graduation from, an accredited university. Rising seniors are preferred.
- Ability to relocate to and live in the Frankfort, New York area for the duration of the internship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or business administration is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physical environment that includes walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
