About the role#
As an Accounting Co-op, you will work with our Staff Accountants and Accounting Manager to prepare, analyze, and communicate financial information and business metrics. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage customer refund and rebate processes.
- Record daily bank activity in the general ledger.
- Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly statements and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
- Help coordinate the year-end audit with our external accounting firm.
- Support the team in presenting financial information to the CFO.
- Handle other projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a strong GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and schedules.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A team-oriented approach.
