About the role#
This position offers students a way to earn income while supporting the Armstrong Plywood Division. You will help maintain a clean environment to ensure the production and trades teams work safely and efficiently. This is a paid, full-time, rolling term position.
What you'll do#
- Perform general cleanup tasks throughout the mill.
- Assist tradespersons to ensure hot work is completed safely.
- Work collaboratively with your team members.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student.
- You must be 18 years or older to meet employment standards legislation.
- A commitment to working safely.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset, but not required.
