About the role#
Think Academy U.S. is hiring a Recruiting Intern to support our HR team. This role provides experience with the full recruitment cycle in the education sector. You will work full-time hours on a remote basis.
What you'll do#
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate records within our ATS and internal logs.
- Draft job descriptions and manage postings on external platforms.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
- You are bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are organized and pay close attention to detail.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Calendly.
- You have a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- The role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- We offer rolling terms for this internship.
