About the role#
Think Academy U.S. is hiring a Recruiting Intern to join our HR team in San Jose. This role provides hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle in the education sector. You will work full-time hours and support our team with daily staffing operations.
What you'll do#
- Source and screen candidates to build a diverse applicant pool.
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and gathering feedback.
- Work with the HR team to identify staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system and internal logs.
- Write and post job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Calendly.
- A sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is helpful but not required.

- This position is based on-site in San Jose, California.
- The role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
