Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, Fall 2026

About the role#

The Disneyland Resort Operation Finance team manages financial and business operations for the domestic Disney Experiences segment. This full-time internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in financial analysis while supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work within a team focused on identifying business performance drivers and improving operational efficiency.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and provide insights that inform decision-making.
• Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards to track performance and support internal efficiencies.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows.

What you'll need#

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks as a proactive self-starter.
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.

Location & details#

• Location: Anaheim, California.
• Term: Fall 2026 (August through December).
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: This position is paid at a rate of $22.50 per hour.
