ESPN Creative Studio Production Assistant Intern, New York City, Fall 2026

About the role#

The ESPN Creative Studio functions as the creative arm of ESPN Marketing. This team designs, develops, and delivers promotional media across television, print, and digital platforms to support sports brands and external sponsors. This internship runs from September through December 2026.

What you'll do#

• Assist with footage retrieval, research, and scriptwriting to gain hands-on post-production experience for TV, radio, and social campaigns.
• Participate in campaign development discussions by sharing creative insights and ideas.
• Collaborate closely with writers, producers, and designers to support team needs.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Art, or Graphic Design.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative writing skills and familiarity with concept development for promotional content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• A deep passion for and knowledge of professional and collegiate sports.
• Ability to meet all eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years of age and possessing unrestricted work authorization.

Location & details#

• This is a full-time, on-site internship located in New York City.
• Interns must be fully available Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation in the New York City area.
• This position is paid at a rate of $22.50 per hour.
