Creative Advertising Intern, Fall 2026

About the role#

The Walt Disney Studios Creative Marketing team is seeking an intern to support promotional campaigns for theatrical and streaming releases. This role provides hands-on experience working with marketers, producers, and creative directors on 360 creative marketing campaigns, including trailers, TV spots, digital and social content, print materials, and experiential activations.

What you'll do#

• Track, organize, and route creative assets through approval processes.
• Research industry marketing trends and social platforms to inform strategy.
• Contribute ideas for digital, social, and experiential activations during brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare creative briefs, presentation decks, and meeting agendas.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital/Social, Publicity, and Legal teams to ensure brand alignment.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Art, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field (Senior year preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency in presentation software including Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A well-established passion for film, television, pop culture, and the entertainment industry.
• Ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.

Location & details#

• Location: Burbank, California.
• Term: Fall 2026 (August 2026 through December 2026).
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with Fridays remote.
• Compensation: $22.50 per hour.
• Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation to and from work.
