About the role#
We are hiring interns for our Safety Division to work on construction projects in Lexington, Kentucky and Columbus, Ohio. This program provides hands-on experience in field management and project safety to help prepare you for future leadership roles. We aim to train interns for potential full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in field safety walks.
- Assist the safety manager with first day orientations for new employees.
- Complete accident and incident reports.
- Oversee the safety and health of personnel on company jobsites.
- Help the safety manager coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors to ensure company policies are followed.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Availability to work a 12-week schedule is preferred.
- Flexibility to relocate may be required for some roles.
