About the role#
We are hiring interns for our Utah region to prepare you for future leadership roles. This program provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management. You will work on jobsites or in our estimating and preconstruction departments. We match you with roles that align with your academic and career goals to help you transition into a full-time position after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
- Schedule contracts and materials.
- Manage documents and safety procedures.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Write RFIs and submittals.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule.
- Willingness to relocate if required by the specific role.
