About the role#

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple divisions, with training focused on preparing you for a full-time career after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with daily project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Solicit bidders and coordinate activities for subcontractors.
- Manage the scheduling of contracts and materials.
- Write RFIs and submittals.
- Participate in team meetings and support safety management efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program.
- Active participation in a university cooperative education program.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule.
- Majors in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
