About the role#
The University of Tulsa is hiring a student assistant for Athletics Ticket Operations. This is a paid, part-time workstudy position located on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves managing ticket sales and helping patrons with their event needs.
What you'll do#
- Sell and distribute tickets to students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
- Process ticket distribution through various channels, including the ticket office and online systems.
- Provide customer service to patrons purchasing tickets.
- Answer questions regarding events, seating, and ticket availability.
- Follow all established policies and procedures for ticket sales and distribution.
