About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship based in Bloomington, Minnesota. You will work on projects that support our business operations and contribute to our sourcing strategies. This program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Define and develop opportunities for future cost savings.
- Map out supplier cost structures.
- Identify risks within the supply base and implement controls to manage them.
- Create strategies to optimize pricing for high volume parts.
What you'll need#
- You are working toward a bachelors degree in operations or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, confident approach to producing high-quality work with minimal oversight.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude.
