About the role#
This is a 12-month, full-time internship program designed for hospitality students and recent graduates. You will complete a four-phase rotation across multiple departments at our resort. Each rotation lasts approximately three months and provides hands-on experience in both front-of-house and heart-of-house operations.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various resort departments to gain a broad understanding of luxury hospitality.
- Work directly in both front- and heart-of-house operations.
- Attend mentorship sessions led by department heads.
- Receive professional evaluations and feedback at the end of each rotation.
- Join resort-wide engagement and recognition programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a hospitality or tourism program, or graduation within the last 12 months.
- Eligibility to participate in the U.S. Department of State J-1 Intern Program.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A positive attitude, cultural curiosity, and a commitment to service.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
- The position is paid and requires a full-time commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- We offer on-site housing and transportation for an additional fee.
