About the role#
The Sea Pines Resort offers a 12-month internship program for international hospitality students and recent graduates. This position provides a four-phase rotation through various departments. You will gain exposure to luxury hospitality standards while developing professional and leadership skills through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Complete different phases in front- and heart-of-house operations, with each phase lasting approximately three months.
- Engage in hands-on learning and receive mentorship from departmental leaders.
- Participate in resort-wide engagement and recognition programs.
- Receive professional evaluations and feedback throughout your rotations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a hospitality or tourism program, or graduation within the last 12 months.
- Eligibility to participate in the U.S. Department of State J-1 Intern Program.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A positive attitude, cultural curiosity, and a genuine interest in service.
- Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.
