About the role#
As a Student Finance Representative, you help students navigate financial aid options as they begin their education in skilled trades. You act as a guide for students and their families throughout the funding process.
What you'll do#
- Interview and advise students and families on financial aid programs.
- Walk applicants through FAFSA, aid applications, and eligibility requirements.
- Review and award aid in compliance with federal, state, and school policies.
- Provide support to students in person, by phone, and online.
- Stay current on regulations and work closely with the Admissions team.
- Attend student graduation ceremonies.
What you'll need#
- An associate degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial aid, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a focus on student success.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Psychology are relevant.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid role.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
