About the role#
As a Student Finance Coordinator, you will serve as a resource for students and their families as they navigate financial aid options. You will work closely with the Admissions and Financial Services teams to support students through the planning process.
What you'll do#
- Meet with students and families to walk through tuition planning.
- Guide individuals through FAFSA, MPN, and financial aid forms.
- Provide clear answers and support through in-person and virtual interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial aid regulations and school policies.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Financial Services teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist applicants through follow-up calls and personalized guidance.
What you'll need#
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial aid, customer service, or banking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality support.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
