About the role#
We are looking for a Working Student to join our Technology team. You will gain insight into how enterprise software works and contribute to our digital infrastructure. This role involves taking on responsibility for IT and digitalization projects while supporting our Application Management and IT Service Management teams.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate new software solutions and applications.
- Maintain and update our existing application landscape and documentation.
- Document internal processes and help build a central knowledge base.
- Analyze software licenses to find ways to optimize usage and costs.
- Provide 1st-level support for business applications.
- Assist in the creation of reports, evaluations, and decision templates.
- Work on specific projects within Application Management and IT Service Management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An interest in enterprise software and digital processes.
- A structured and independent approach to work.
- An analytical mindset.
- Good proficiency in both German and English.
- Familiarity with modern digital tools and AI applications.
- Previous practical experience in an IT environment is a plus.

- This position is remote within Germany.
- The role is part-time, set at 20 hours per week.
- The start date is immediate.
