About the role#
As a Working Student in Application Management, you will join our team to gain hands-on experience in a modern IT environment. You will support daily operations, contribute to digitalization projects, and help manage our enterprise applications. This role offers the chance to develop your technical skills while working on real-world IT service management tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support the evaluation of new software solutions and applications.
- Maintain our application landscape and keep all related documentation up to date.
- Build a structured knowledge base by documenting internal processes.
- Analyze software licenses to find optimization opportunities.
- Provide 1st-level support for business applications.
- Contribute to smaller projects within Application Management and IT Service Management.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making materials for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- A strong interest in enterprise software and digital business processes.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent way of working.
- Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Comfort using modern digital tools and AI-powered applications.
- Initial practical experience in an IT setting is a plus.

- This position is fully remote.
- The role is part-time, at 20 hours per week.
- The start date is immediate, with a rolling term.
