Digital Strategy & Advertising Operations Intern

About the role#

The Digital Strategy & Advertising Operations Intern will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of multi-platform advertising sales, including prospecting, proposal development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Over the course of this nine-week program, you will learn how revenue is generated, fulfilled, optimized, and measured across digital, print, and branded content platforms. This is a full-time, paid internship.

What you'll do#

• Attend team meetings to learn how advertising campaigns are developed.
• Work closely with sales leadership, your assigned manager, and your mentor.
• Support the creation of marketing and advertising proposals.
• Assist with campaign setup and coordination.
• Review campaign performance and contribute to basic reporting and insights.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
• Complete a final capstone project summarizing your experience and key takeaways.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Rising juniors or seniors studying journalism, communications, advertising, sales, or a related field; recent graduates and current graduate students with relevant hands-on experience are also eligible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
• A proactive approach with an interest in digital media, advertising technology, or sales strategy.

• Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Summer 2026 (nine weeks, June through August).
• Work Modality: On-site.
