About the role#
The Digital Strategy & Advertising Operations Intern will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of multi-platform advertising sales, including prospecting, proposal development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Over the course of this nine-week program, you will learn how revenue is generated, fulfilled, optimized, and measured across digital, print, and branded content platforms. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Attend team meetings to learn how advertising campaigns are developed.
- Work closely with sales leadership, your assigned manager, and your mentor.
- Support the creation of marketing and advertising proposals.
- Assist with campaign setup and coordination.
- Review campaign performance and contribute to basic reporting and insights.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
- Complete a final capstone project summarizing your experience and key takeaways.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- Rising juniors or seniors studying journalism, communications, advertising, sales, or a related field; recent graduates and current graduate students with relevant hands-on experience are also eligible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- A proactive approach with an interest in digital media, advertising technology, or sales strategy.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2026 (nine weeks, June through August).
