Intern IS

About the role#

The Information Services Intern will support business stakeholders in Data & Analytics, process automation, reporting, and IT infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience in a consumer packaged goods environment, allowing you to contribute to cross-functional initiatives while developing technical and analytical skills.

What you'll do#

• Gather and document business requirements to support the development of data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Canadian, U.S., and Shared Services IS teams to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Provide end-user support for IT tools, infrastructure, and ServiceNow tickets, including onboarding and device setup.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and maintain office technologies, including meeting room and network systems.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Computer Science program at a post-secondary institution.
• Strong interest in Data & Analytics, reporting, and process automation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, Jira, and Wikis is an asset.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.

Location & details#

• Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Modality: Full-time, on-site (35 hours/week, Monday–Friday).
• Compensation: Paid internship at $20 per hour.
