About the role#
As a Process Engineering Co-op, you will work on projects involving piping systems, process equipment, utilities infrastructure, and facility improvements. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges while working alongside experienced engineers. This role involves hands-on experience with engineering analysis, design, and project execution. You may also travel to client sites to see how engineering solutions are implemented in operating facilities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with field data gathering under the direction of a process engineer.
- Create and maintain design documents including P&IDs, equipment plans, and piping drawings.
- Assist with CADD to prepare drawings for process and utility system projects.
- Interpret and develop design and construction specifications.
- Perform process system calculations such as pump sizing, material and energy balance, and fluid flow analysis.
- Develop equipment lists and support procurement tasks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Coursework or experience with P&IDs and standard process calculations.
- Experience with equipment specification and procurement support.

- This position is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- The role is on-site.
- The term spans Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time co-op position.
