About the role#
As an MBA Finance Intern, you will join our Finance team to work on projects focused on innovation, strategy, and transformation. You will work alongside senior finance leaders to support business performance and operational excellence. This 10-week summer program provides practical work experience and exposure to digital finance initiatives and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to initiatives that modernize and automate financial processes.
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform executive-level decisions.
- Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Partner with teams across the business on budgeting, strategic planning, and process optimization.
- Participate in system implementations, scenario planning, and finance innovation labs.
- Provide insights that shape the financial roadmap and contribute to long-term value creation.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or financial transformation projects.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
