We're seeking curious, driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and lead, who are excited to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting to join our next Summer Cohort.Required Qualifications:  Currently progressing toward a bachelor’s degree and has completed 3 years in a preferred major and/or minor: Risk Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Finance.Ability to learn through experimentation when tackling problemsAbility to juggle various priorities and workplace demandsAbility to work collaboratively to meet shared objectivesComfortable working with math and numbers Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAn interest in pursuing a career in underwriting Preferred Qualifications:GPA of 3.0 or higher Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word A problem-solving focus with a customer-centric mindset   Learning agility and a growth mindset, comfortable seeking feedback and making improvementsAdditional Information:  Start Date: May 24, 2027Location: This is a Hybrid position out of Morris Plains, NJ or Bloomfield, CT. A Hybrid position means that you will be expected to work in-person for at least 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and a day of your choice) at your assigned office location, with flexibility to work at home for balance of time. The internship is paid and housing assistance is not offered.Pre‑Employment Requirements: Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre‑employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date.
