Talent Management Paid Intern – Executive Development & Talent Insights

About the role#

As an intern on the Talent Management team, you will support initiatives focused on executive development and talent insights. This role provides exposure to strategic work that strengthens leadership capability and supports the long-term development of the organization. You will assist in preparing executive-ready materials and synthesizing data to inform talent decisions.

What you'll do#

• Assist with executive talent reviews and the creation of talent reports.
• Support leadership development programs, tools, and resources, including coaching and 360 feedback processes.
• Analyze talent data related to leadership and development to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare data-informed materials for senior audiences and HR partners.
• Organize and summarize insights from multiple data sources to translate Talent Management products into value.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, psychology, leadership, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to handle sensitive data professionally and confidentially.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• A strong interest in leadership development and talent strategy.
• Preferred technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), experience with AI tools, and familiarity with survey or assessment tools such as Qualtrics.
