About the role#
The Talent Management team focuses on building a future-ready workforce and aligning employee experiences with the mission of the Church. As an intern, you will help capture and represent the voice of the global workforce by translating employee feedback into insights that guide leadership decisions.
What you'll do#
- Support workforce listening efforts, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
- Assist with survey design, administration, and documentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Identify patterns and themes within workforce feedback.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Prepare summaries and presentations for leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
- Support communication efforts regarding feedback and subsequent actions taken.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, International Relations, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Genuine interest in employee listening, research, and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with high attention to detail.
- Preferred technical familiarity: Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, SPSS, R, Python, and AI tools.
- Preferred experience: Global project work or proficiency in a second language.
- Candidates must be members of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend.
