About the role#
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is hiring Project Management Technical Interns for the IT department. You will work with engineers, product managers, and vendors to support technology systems that serve users at headquarters and around the world. This is a full-time, paid 4-month internship starting in January or May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate across teams to build project plans, including budget and resource requirements.
- Manage project timelines to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Handle change requests and scope adjustments while delivering projects.
- Create management reports to communicate project status.
- Use modern tools to help develop enterprise solutions.
- Mentor with experienced IT professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or graduation within the last year from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Operations Management.
- Current temple worthy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- Strong business presentation skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Desired: Background in technology and project management experience.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Endpoint Management, LucidChart, InfoPath, Photoshop, and HTML is a plus.
Location & details#
- Locations: Riverton, UT or Lehi, UT.
- Modality: On-site, hybrid, or remote options available based on location.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
