About the role#
The Engagement Integration Team is seeking a Marketing Innovation Intern to support marketing projects designed to engage young adults with Family History. This role focuses on collaborative projects with Church universities and provides an opportunity to apply academic principles in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist in writing project plans for marketing initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with team members to create presentations and design marketing materials.
- Manage project tasks, including tracking timelines and deadlines.
- Develop and edit graphics for marketing materials and presentations.
- Attend team meetings to contribute to discussions and project ideation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- A strong desire to help engage the Rising Generation in Family History work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Experience Design, Project Management, Social Entrepreneurship, or Public Relations/Advertising.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2026 (4-month duration).
- Work Modality: Primarily remote, conducted via Microsoft Teams, with occasional opportunities for in-person meetings in Salt Lake City and Lehi, Utah.
- Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week.
- Employment Requirement: Only members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment.
