IT Asset Management Intern (Hardware & Software)

About the role#

The IT Asset Management team supports the global tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets. This paid, full-time internship provides an opportunity to apply academic principles to enterprise-level operations. You will work under the supervision of the Asset Management team to support organizational processes and gain professional experience in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do#

• Assist in maintaining accurate asset records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and improve asset management processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across various projects.
• Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
• Work independently while proactively seeking guidance and mastering new systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exercise sound judgment in all assigned duties.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an educational institution or graduation within the past year.
• Strong interest in asset management, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be a temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Location & details#

• Location: Riverton, Utah (Riverton Office Building).
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Duration: Approximately 12 months, beginning in July 2026.
• Modality: Hybrid schedule, with a requirement to be in the office at least once per week.
