About the role#
The IT Asset Management team supports the global tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets. This paid, full-time internship provides an opportunity to apply academic principles to enterprise-level operations. You will work under the supervision of the Asset Management team to support organizational processes and gain professional experience in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in maintaining accurate asset records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and improve asset management processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various projects.
- Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
- Work independently while proactively seeking guidance and mastering new systems.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exercise sound judgment in all assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an educational institution or graduation within the past year.
- Strong interest in asset management, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or Logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a professional environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be a temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Location & details#
- Location: Riverton, Utah (Riverton Office Building).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Duration: Approximately 12 months, beginning in July 2026.
- Modality: Hybrid schedule, with a requirement to be in the office at least once per week.
