FamilySearch Marketing/Communications Intern

About the role#

FamilySearch is seeking a Marketing/Communications Intern to help shape and execute communication strategies for diverse global audiences. This role focuses on supporting initiatives that help patrons discover and connect with their families. The position requires a candidate who is creative, solution-oriented, and data-driven.

What you'll do#

• Develop and execute communication and marketing plans for patrons worldwide.
• Assist in writing project plans for marketing initiatives and activities.
• Manage project tasks, including tracking timelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to draft presentations and develop marketing concepts.
• Attend team meetings to contribute to discussions and project ideation.
• Maintain an understanding of communication strategies and channels for both internal and external audiences.

What you'll need#

• Current or recent enrollment in a college or university program.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Strong desire to help expand engagement in Family History work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Employment Status: Full-time, paid internship.
