About the role#
This full-time internship is part of the Talent and Culture Team in the Family History Department. You will support internal communications and create media content designed to strengthen department culture and employee engagement.
What you'll do#
- Edit and publish short videos to inform and inspire employees.
- Write and distribute department-wide email communications.
- Manage and improve the department intranet site.
- Collect and analyze communication data, including building and sending feedback surveys.
- Support team and department events, such as RootsTech.
- Coordinate with employees for video participation and contribute ideas to strengthen department culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an educational institution or graduation within the past year.
- Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eligibility requires being a member of the Church worthy of a temple recommend.
Location & details#
- Location: Lehi, Utah (on-site at least 4 days per week, with occasional work in Salt Lake City).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Duration: 6 months, with the potential to extend up to 1 year.
- This is a paid internship.
