About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience in strategic procurement, business analytics, and enterprise transformation. You will contribute to high-priority workstreams including contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and procurement dashboard development. You will work across teams including Finance, Legal, and IT to support business performance through data-driven insights and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Collect and validate contract data while supporting metadata extraction and migration.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for sourcing optimization and categorization.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to review and standardize supplier payment terms.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to provide visibility into sourcing performance and savings.
- Support technology implementation by participating in user acceptance testing and workflow design.
- Track project deliverables, risks, and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional partners and external consultants.
- Create executive-ready reports and presentations that translate data into actionable insights.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Eligibility to participate in an accredited university co-op program.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and standing as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience or interest in dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- A willingness to take initiative and solve problems in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence or automation is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based at our brewery in Milton, Delaware.
- The program runs for six months, from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027.
