About the role#
This Co-op position offers firsthand exposure to the supply chain operations at The Boston Beer Company. You will work across production planning, operations, materials resourcing, and logistics to understand how these areas connect and function. The program provides hands-on project work designed to strengthen your business acumen and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Maintain, update, and present the planning scorecard.
- Organize planning data for business presentations.
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support changeover and workflow mapping initiatives.
- Document current processes and find ways to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand supply chain dependencies.
- Support the standardization of material requirements planning (MRP) processes.
- Assist with maintaining material planning parameters like safety stock levels and lead times.
- Improve the accuracy and consistency of materials planning information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with plans to remain enrolled after the Co-op.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to SAP.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within cross-functional teams.
- Coursework or a concentration in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning systems.
- Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES) such as Wonderware.
- Interest in supply chain operations and materials planning.

- Term: January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
