About the role#
Operations Interns at The Boring Company are expected to take ownership of their projects, receiving responsibilities comparable to full-time employees. Interns will work across various departments to support the company's goals in transportation infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Support project development by identifying, tracking, and pursuing project leads.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
- Act as a liaison between management and team members to coordinate scheduling for construction and facilities projects.
- Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues.
- Facilitate invoice processing and budget tracking.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
- Superior organizational skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to act with urgency and communicate clearly and frequently.
