Operations Internships - Winter/Spring 2027

About the role#

Operations Interns at The Boring Company are expected to take ownership of their projects, receiving responsibilities comparable to full-time employees. Interns will work across various departments to support the company's goals in transportation infrastructure.

What you'll do#

• Support project development by identifying, tracking, and pursuing project leads.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
• Act as a liaison between management and team members to coordinate scheduling for construction and facilities projects.
• Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues.
• Facilitate invoice processing and budget tracking.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Superior organizational skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to act with urgency and communicate clearly and frequently.

• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
