About the role#
Operations Interns take on significant responsibility. You will own your projects and work toward the goal of improving transportation. We expect interns to act with the same level of ownership as regular employees. You may work in recruiting, business and project development, purchasing, accounting, finance, operations, or corporate affairs.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates and coordinate interviews while maintaining clear communication.
- Identify, track, and pursue project leads to support development.
- Analyze supplier and spend data and communicate directly with suppliers.
- Process invoices and reconcile daily transactions.
- Research business and legal issues to support deal-making and contract negotiations.
- Act as a liaison between management and team members to coordinate construction and facilities projects.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate or graduate degree, either completed or in progress.
- Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
- A background supporting teams in a start-up environment.
- Strong organizational skills with clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing multiple projects autonomously.
- Majors including Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Logistics.
