About the role#
Operations Interns at The Boring Company take on significant responsibility and ownership of their projects. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. Interns work on-site in Nashville, Tennessee, or Las Vegas, Nevada, contributing to the development of transportation infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with stakeholders and recruiters.
- Support project development by identifying, tracking, and pursuing project leads.
- Analyze supplier and spend data while communicating directly with suppliers.
- Facilitate invoice processing and perform daily reconciliation of transactions.
- Conduct research on business and legal issues to support deal-making and project processes.
- Assist with budget tracking, spend analysis, and the coordination of construction and facilities projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Logistics.
- Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior organizational capabilities.
- Experience supporting a team in a start-up environment.
