    About the role#

    As a Project Delivery Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects. You will work alongside project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to build your technical and leadership skills. This role involves contributing to real work from your first day, with support from experienced mentors.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, project documentation, and progress tracking.
    • Help solve project challenges and drive performance.
    • Collaborate with professional teams to deliver construction projects.
    • Contribute to meaningful project assignments.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an accredited undergraduate program.
    • Preferred majors include Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
    • A desire to work in the construction industry.
    • Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold and warm phone calls.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
    • Evidence of high academic achievement or prior leadership experience is preferred.
    • Prior work experience or internships are a plus, though not required.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

    • Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour.
