Project Delivery Services Intern

About the role#

The Project Delivery Services Intern will support the Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD) team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role focuses on advancing construction delivery methods through research, documentation, and technical support. This is a paid, full-time internship position.

What you'll do#

• Assist in finalizing the Integrated Lean Project Delivery Field Guide.
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking regarding ILPD or similar delivery methods to drive client value.
• Provide technical support for the implementation and training of the ILPD Field Guide, the Boldt Production System, and Lean Construction principles.
• Support the team in achieving strategic project goals.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student with sophomore, junior, or senior status.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Planner.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Programming skills are desired but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Location & details#

• Location: Appleton, Wisconsin.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, based on relevant previous internship experience.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license may be required, and individuals may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The role involves working in an office environment with occasional requirements to work overtime or weekends.
