Marketing Intern - Summer 2026

About the role#

The Boldt Company is seeking a Marketing Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This full-time, paid position is based on-site at our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office. This role provides exposure to the construction industry through hands-on involvement in marketing strategy, event coordination, and administrative support.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to execute marketing strategies.
• Coordinate logistics for public-facing events, including ground-breakings, ribbon-cuttings, golf outings, community events, and open houses. Note that attendance at some evening and weekend events is required.
• Provide administrative support for customer-facing proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
• Research, write, and edit project case studies and personnel profiles.
• Strategize, price, and order external giveaways and customer gifts.
• Prepare, format, and edit various documents while communicating with internal and external vendors.
• Create and format content and imagery for social media communications.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing team.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Evidence of high academic achievement and prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Experience with InDesign is preferred.
• Passion for the construction industry and potential for prior work or trade experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• A valid driver’s license may be required, and individuals may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.

• Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, based on relevant previous internship experience.
• Physical requirements include the ability to move up to 50 pounds, work in various indoor and outdoor weather conditions, and frequent travel to construction sites where personal protective equipment may be required.
