This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Oklahoma City. You will work on-site to support the marketing team in executing strategy, coordinating events, and managing administrative tasks. This role involves regular work at construction sites and requires flexibility, as some events and tasks may occur during evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to execute marketing strategies.
- Coordinate logistics for public-facing events, including ground-breakings, ribbon-cuttings, golf outings, community events, and open houses.
- Assist in the development of customer-facing proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
- Research, write, and edit project case studies and personnel profiles.
- Prepare content and imagery for social media communications.
- Manage the strategy, pricing, and ordering of external giveaways and customer gifts.
- Format documents and communicate with internal and external vendors and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore or Junior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Evidence of high academic achievement and prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with InDesign is preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be required, and candidates may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, based on previous internship experience.
- Physical requirements: Ability to move up to 50 pounds, navigate construction sites, and work in various indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
