About the role#
The Customer Service Intern supports daily operations across product lines including e-commerce, professional turf, and contract manufacturing. You will gain hands-on experience with order fulfillment and customer relationship management while working under defined procedures. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences.
What you'll do#
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, and accounts via phone and email.
- Process orders, updates, and changes with high accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and order documentation in company systems.
- Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and administrative files.
- Work with sales and warehouse staff to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
