    About the role#

    TG Kentucky, LLC is seeking a Software Engineering Summer Intern to join the Corporate Information Systems (CIS) team in Troy, Michigan. This full-time, paid internship focuses on supporting day-to-day end-user operations and participating in active software development projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist the software development team with .NET projects, including troubleshooting and issue resolution on legacy applications.
    • Help prepare documentation for the software development process.
    • Support the CIS team by answering helpdesk calls and resolving basic technical problems.
    • Contribute to business process improvement initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Completion of at least 2 years of undergraduate studies.
    • Current coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Required technical experience with Visual Studio 2017 or later, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, Javascript, jQuery, and ASP.NET.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
