About the role#
TG Kentucky, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Intern to support engineering operations within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The role is offered on a rolling basis and does not provide visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Perform pre-production and mass-production engineering activities.
- Conduct quality problem investigations and sorting tasks.
- Execute 5S activities to maintain workplace organization.
- Track and analyze technical data.
- Manage the preparation, ordering, organization, and distribution of supplies and materials.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to apply general problem-solving techniques to engineering challenges.
- Commitment to following all company procedures, policies, and safety rules.
- Strong attention to detail regarding data tracking and supply management.
