Information Technology Summer Intern

About the role#

TG Kentucky, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Summer Intern for the Summer 2026 term. Working under the direction of the Manager of CIS, this role provides end-user and general support for group companies and manufacturing plants across North America.

What you'll do#

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-point issues, including the installation and support of systems.
• Monitor and support manufacturing floor data processing needs, hardware maintenance, and system changes.
• Assist with network maintenance processes and initiatives.
• Collect data and consolidate information to build reports for management review.
• Complete assigned projects and learn how the CIS Department contributes to overall business success.

What you'll need#

• Completion of at least 2 years of undergraduate studies.
• Current coursework toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2016 or newer.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, email, and phones, with the ability to escalate as needed.
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
