Human Resources Summer Intern

About the role#

TG Kentucky, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Summer Intern to join the team in Troy, Michigan, for the Summer 2026 term. This full-time, paid position offers exposure to human resources operations across both Michigan and Canadian manufacturing facilities. Interns will participate in a variety of departmental functions and complete an individual project throughout the summer.

What you'll do#

• Assist in maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Support day-to-day HR activities, including benefits administration, candidate screening, interviewing, and compliance tasks.
• Aid in the documentation process for HRIS system vendor selection.
• Coordinate engagement activities and focus groups for the internship program.
• Complete an individual project relevant to the HR department and handle additional tasks as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Current coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
