    About the role#

    TG Kentucky, LLC is seeking a Data Science Summer Intern to join the Corporate Information Systems team in Troy, Michigan. This full-time, paid internship provides an opportunity to contribute to current data science and artificial intelligence initiatives within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with modeling techniques and data visualization for Big Data analysis.
    • Perform analysis to determine functional, user, conceptual, logical, and physical design requirements for system and interface functionality.
    • Design and implement reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
    • Create and utilize AI solutions to improve operational efficiencies.

    What you'll need#

    • Completion of at least 2 years of undergraduate studies.
    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
    • Technical experience with Python, C#, and .NET.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
