About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027. You will work on-site in Augusta, Georgia, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real projects alongside professionals in the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Triage and provide operational support for Salesforce and E-Commerce applications.
- Analyze customer patterns and tool usage to increase system adoption.
- Collaborate on process analysis and automation for digital experience initiatives.
- Partner with functional teams to ensure execution and adoption of new tools.
- Identify and document discrepancies in business processes.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and attend meetings as required.
- Complete assigned projects while managing your time and organization.
- Build a professional network across sales, marketing, and other business functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
