    About the role#

    Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Development Engineer Intern to join the Analog Technology Development group. You will help define and develop next-generation process and device technologies to improve performance and cost.

    What you'll do#

    • Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet project objectives.
    • Execute process experiments (SWRs) to support development and ramp.
    • Model, collect, and analyze device and process yield data.
    • Collaborate with design, system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure technology objectives are met.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a graduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • Coursework and research experience in semiconductor device physics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.

    • Location: Dallas, Texas.
    • This is a full-time, paid internship.
    • Work modality: On-site.
