About the role#
The Analog Technology Development group at Texas Instruments is looking for a Process Development Engineer Intern. This team defines and develops new process and device technologies to improve performance and cost. You will contribute to creating technology that shapes future electronics.
What you'll do#
- Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet project objectives.
- Support development and ramp phases by executing process experiments.
- Collect and analyze device and process yield data.
- Collaborate with design, system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure technology goals are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Coursework and research experience in semiconductor device physics.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Lehi, Utah.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
