About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in HVAC sales and project engineering. You will work with account managers and sales leaders to coordinate equipment selection, pricing, and project timelines. The role involves managing project data, handling submittal requests, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, manufacturers, and clients. This is a full-time position for Summer 2027 based in Fort Worth.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain detailed job files for the duration of each project.
- Guide projects through product selection, specifications, estimates, and proposals.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and various contractors.
- Read, interpret, and apply building plans and specifications.
- Organize project data for order entry and track submittal requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, estimating, engineering, construction management, or contracting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
